Additional Power

The need for additional horsepower in Chevy/GMC pickups is chronic, especially for those used as tow vehicle. Our best solution for this is the Stinger, StingerPlus and PowerPack products from Gale Banks Engineering.

Exhaust Manifold Failure

Yes. They all do it. And the harder they work, the earlier it happens. In this category, the gasoline engines are far more susceptible to these problems than the diesels, but the diesels are not immune. The only real, permanent solution we have found to these problems are the Gale Banks mandrel-bent headers. Far more efficiently designed that the stock exhaust manifolds, these headers allow exhaust gasses to escape the engine faster, resulting in lower exhaust temperatures, a virtual synonym for longer engine life.
