1. No returned without prior authorization and proof of purchase as in a copy of your receipt from The PowerShop.
2. No returns after 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. No returns or refunds on special order items without prior authorization from The PowerShop.
4. No returns or refunds on electrical parts without prior authorization from The PowerShop.
5. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. For all exchanges or returns you must return the unused portion in it's original packaging. This will give us the opportunity to adjust our processes and continue to sell you only the finest performance products.
